Applying our decades of experience and knowledge of building codes we optimize function and practicality with design features in mind. This service is for House Floor Plans up to 1,000 s.f.. Plans are provided in 2D, black & white, and fully dimensioned.

This floor plan for a single level small home or main level of a home will typically include space planning the kitchen, one or more bathrooms, entryway, and built-ins in the living/dining area or home office.

House Floor Plans for a second level of a home typically include space planning a principal suite with ensuite and walk-in closet(s), a hall bathroom, staircase & landing, bedrooms with built-in storage and closets.

Floor plan services for basements are not offered at this time.

For square footage exceeding 1,000 sf., an additional charge per square foot will be quoted upon receipt of order.

  • - All rates are in CDN dollars and subject to HST

    - Prepayment of 50% upfront, 50% balance due prior to delivery of completed plans

    - Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable after receipt of measure

    - Upon request a partial credit may be issued for cancellation of services after measure has been received and work has begun

    - All sales are final and non refundable

    - All completed packages include one round of tweaks and q&a’s within 2 weeks of delivery

    - Delivery lead times published are estimates and may fluctuate. Lead times will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit or prepayment

    - Lead times quoted are from receipt of room measure

    - Room measure and surveys must be received within 7 days of order to secure your place in our schedule and your estimated delivery date
